Couldn't have asked for anything better form Bradley. I rang him out of the blue and told them i would be on site in 30 mins, the car was ready for me upon arrival. it was clean and looked amazing. We had a small chat about the vehicle and went for a test drive. at no time did i feel pressured or like i was being sold too. more like having a chat with a someone down the pub.

The car was amazing and we came to a great deal where both sides were happy.
I rang them the next day and secured the vehicle and went and collected it that same evening. I looked at the car and drove it home in less than 24 hours!

Will be bringing the car back for services at the site and will buy from VHUB again!

We almost lost a wheel off our classic 1967 VW camper on the M5 so made an emergency stop at V-Hub, where the staff were an absolute delight, arranged for the hub adaptor plate to be re-drilled at a nearby engineering shop and has us back on our travels within a couple of hours. Thanks so much for getting us to our camping destination safely and for the wonderful gift of a mini campervan, which you can see on the dashboard in the attached photo

So, a few changes in the servicing department at V Hub, but I have to say that all is good. Very, very good in fact.

You get a new car (to me at least) and inevitably new problems. A suspension fault flagged up on the dash, booked the car in at V Hub and it was diagnosed and fixed immediately with no fuss. More importantly, they found and fixed a potential disaster on the braking system whilst looking over the car. So much for the inspection test that the dealer I'd purchased it from had supposedly done. So an extremely big thank you to Dave and the Technicians for not only solving the actual problem, but for being diligent and so obviously interested in their work that they took the time to "run the rule" over the car and saved a problem from escalating into something a lot bigger.

Time's precious and so I was pleased to that they bothered to gather together paperwork for the warranty part of the work and deal with the supplier of that service, so again, top marks. Very pleased.

All in all, good prices, excellent service and excellent quality. Look forward to working with you in the future.....👍🏻😁

Amazing service and amazing people. I got a flat tyre on the M5, and managed to limp by car to V-Hub, and the staff were outstanding. They sourced me a new tyre, and took my wheel to be changed by them. I couldn't thank and recommend them enough.

Services, repairs – anything **take your car here** – I have had the week from hell due to my car being damage by others – and VW Hub have made a stressful week so much better.
This place lives and breaths customer service with their customers are clearly at the heart of what they do !!! David and Claire in services/repairs are the most lovely and human people – a true asset to the company (and the repairs team sorry didn’t get names)
